The following is a known issue with the component and license information in the Code Insight data library:

SCA-56485: Unable to load or add the component version 3.1.23 for the component (ID:5399038) via the Lookup Component window:

A failure may occur with the following error message when attempting to add or load the component version 3.1.23 for the component (Id:5399038) using the Lookup Component window:

An instance is already registered with this Component Version and License mapping.

Workaround: None exists.
