View tasks

The Tasks page gives you a centralized view of all tasks across your project inventories.

Click the Tasks tab below the Code Insight logo or click the icon, and then click Tasks.

In this page, you can see:

  • Total Open Tasks - Count of all open tasks across projects
  • My Open Tasks - Count of open tasks assigned to you
  • Priority breakdown - Count of high, medium, and low priority tasks
  • Task grid - Detailed view of tasks with sorting and navigation controls

You can filter the tasks by:

  • Searching
  • Only your tasks or all tasks
  • Open or closed status
  • High, medium, or low priority

In the task list, you can see the tasks you filtered on, including:

  • Summary - Click to open task details.
  • Inventory - Click to view project inventory details (if you have access and the inventory is published).
  • Type - Sortable column showing task type.
  • Priority - Sortable column showing low, medium, or high priority.
  • Owner - Sortable column.
  • Created On - Sortable column.
  • Created By - Sortable column.
  • Project - Sortable column. Click to view project details.
  • Status - Open or closed.
  • Action - Close or reopen the task.
