Jira dynamic fields

The following is a known issue with the Jira dynamics fields functionality.

SCA-59558 Delay before new Jira ALM label values appear in Code Insight​

In Jira ALM Dynamic Fields, new values added to Labels and Custom Labels in Jira are not immediately available in Code Insight. After you create or update a label on the Jira server, it can take approximately 20–25 minutes before the change is reflected in Code Insight.

This delay is caused by synchronization latency between the Jira server and ALM.

Workaround: None exists

SCA-59559 Certain fields are not appearing in Jira ALM Dynamic Fields​

ALM Dynamic Fields have limitations in supporting specific Jira field types. Due to this limitation, fields such as Official, Sprint, Request Type, Team, Organizations, and Sentiment are not rendered or available for visibility.
