Lock projects

The following is a known issue with the lock projects functionality.

SCA-59544 Incorrect status change for unlocked child projects when unlocking parent project

When you unlock a parent project and select Also lock/unlock child projects, any child project that is already unlocked may have its status incorrectly changed to Analysis In Progress, instead of keeping its current status. This can cause unintended status changes for child projects that should not be updated.
