Project scan

The following is a known issue with the project scan functionality.

SCA-46103 CodeAware scans can fail with out‑of‑memory errors for very large evidence data

For some very large projects, CodeAware evidence data can grow so large that encryption hits JVM memory limits and the scan fails with an out‑of‑memory error.

Workaround: Break the codebase into smaller parts and scan them individually.
